Hi there.

If you haven’t met me yet, I’m Sydney, a passion-driven daydreamer, procrastinator, and the humble writer behind the blog.

I am a lover and obsessor of books, boba tea, dancing, anything 80s, aesthetic graphics, the color yellow, wandering, Polaroids, the sea, and any shade of blue. Oh, and could we forget to mention my love for bibliographies?

Just kidding. Now, for a more elaborated version.

First and foremost, I’m a loved and forgiven daughter of the one true King. I pray to be a light for Him through everything I do.

I am a bookworm. I have had a love for reading since I was two years old, and I have never put down a book since. (see my tbr and faves over here.) I’m also a writer, who is most likely found torturing my computer while I drink tea and write my heart out.

I’m an artist who is quite bad at sketching. Okay, not all artists can sketch, alright? I’m amazing at bullet-journaling, lettering, photography, water-coloring, painting– not sketching. I, honestly, admire each and every one of you sketchers who have the patience to do what you do.

I like photography, too. Photography has been a part of my life for so long, and to note, I own a Canon Rebel EOS T6! See more of my photography over at my portfolio.

I’m a dancer. A competitive one, to be exact. Ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, and modern have all taken their place on my dance competition teams. More specifically, I am a national, and regional competitor, and competed in the West Coast Nationals. Dance is my passion if you haven’t noticed already. 😉

I am a sucker for aesthetic graphics. And pastels. I have had a love for design for as long as I can remember. And when I was introduced to graphic design, my life completely changed.

I hope you aren’t bored yet. But, I do hope you were able to learn a little bit more about me through this brief cluster of words. Nevertheless, I would like to update this page as I continue on this adventure called life.

But, now, we’re done talking all about me. I’d like to learn more about you! If you have anything in common, let me know your thoughts in the comments below, and we can chat together.

hope you enjoyed xo,
